May 2, 2024Nice and spacious apartments. Large parking spaces. Noise volume is good. It’s not a noisy area during the day or night . A train passes by about once a night or so but it’s not for long. The train isn’t a big deal. Overall, great apartments to live in!Property Manager Responded

April 5, 20249 years at this location nothing had changed but the rent amount in the last 2 years. Everything you need is not to far a good walking distance. Lightrail isn't that far as well.Property Manager Responded

April 4, 2024The only things thats semi okay with the apartment it the outside look of it . Everything kinda sucks drawers coming out so easily and all they tell you is " there's nothing we can do that its a old apartment ". Shower rods put in half fast. The quality of the apartment isnt really worth the money. Especially since they add on extra fees and payments with your knowledge like 150$ more.Property Manager Responded

March 27, 2024Nice place to live. Office staff is nice. Maintenance crew is fast and efficient. Huge parking lot. It’s nice knowing you can park in numerous of spots and not have to struggle looking for parking.Property Manager Responded
