Dissatisfied
June 28, 2020I have only been at the property going on two months and I am very dissatisfied. I am embarrassed to invite company over with the trash all over the property and the dumpster. My unit is infested with roaches from the previous tenant or building and pest control comes every week and the situation is not getting any better. Management are very polite and courteous but I may be breaking my lease because $1180 is to much to be paying to see such filth.Property Manager Responded

April 23, 2019I just moved to Orlando from Virginia, and so far, so good. The property seems clean and well kept. My apartment was fulling functional, and the carpet as well as the walls, seemed freshly cleaned and new. It took me only a week to move in, from the time I submitted my application to the time I moved my first piece of furniture in. I understand that the property is under new management, and from reading other reviews, that was something that needed to be done. The new management seem nice, ...friendly, and are very respectful to my needs. I can only comment on what I have seen and experienced, and so far so good. Keep up the good work management, and in a year, I look forward to renewing my lease. My family thanks you for your professionalism and promptness!!! This is the third apartment that I applied for, and the third time was a charm. I truly believe that I made the right decision by moving into this apartment complex. The office staff sucks and it's hard to get your refund back if denied. I was told 10days I but still waiting 6 weeks later
June 6, 2018The office staff flat out lied to me about my refund. I was told to expect within 10 business days. It has been 6weeks and I still have NOT received it. The Staff are extremely cavalier about the discrepancy between the 10 business days versus real time turn around. My Lawyer actually has to intervene to help me recoup my finds. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. Even when required information was received i was still denied. I am going to make sure EVERYONE is aware they are ...keeping refunds that are supposed to be dispersed in a timely manner. As a Single Mother, every penny counts. None of the Staff are empathetic nor do they work hard in your favor to help recoup your funds. Corporate will NOT talk to me at all nor will the Office Manager. DO NOT APPLY HERE!!!Property Manager Responded
