January 19, 2025Our stay at Terra has been very positive the past few years we've lived here. Most recently, we had an issue early in the winter where our heating was not working. It was the first time we turned it on during the year, so it caught us by surprise. We were happy to see that, after we put in a maintenance request, Terra fixed our issue the next day. Overall, the complex is on top of our needs and takes effort to make sure things are running smoothly, which we appreciate. We would definitely ...recommend this complex.Property Manager Responded

November 30, 2024There have been many negative changes to the systems and the way requests are being processed. It also seems as if the property manager never really has any reasonable explanations for things that I have addressed. The staff could also use a little more training in their communication skills. December 3, 2024As much as we love our apartment, there have been a few discouraging changes recently. People do not follow the trash rules, there have been cars broken into recently in the parking area that is supposed to be secure, and there’s a homeless camp next door.
