Mr. Charles and Meagan are very communicative on updates of the property or any resources you may need, they make sure their residents are well taken care of. November 30, 2024There have been many negative changes to the systems and the way requests are being processed. It also seems as if the property manager never really has any reasonable explanations for things that I have addressed. The staff could also use a little more training in their communication skills. The property is beautiful, but seems to be going through some rough patches.Property Manager Responded

December 3, 2024As much as we love our apartment, there have been a few discouraging changes recently. People do not follow the trash rules, there have been cars broken into recently in the parking area that is supposed to be secure, and there’s a homeless camp next door. November 1, 2024My experience here has been decent! I wish there was an area for dogs to use the restroom! Like dog park or something. The grounds can get very muddy and nasty especially when the sprinklers turn on at night.Property Manager Responded

October 11, 2024Our resident experience at Terra at Piney Point has been great so far. We've had no reason to reach out to maintenance or the main office recently, but the few times we've had any issues, they've been taken care of quickly and completely. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a complex in this end of town.Property Manager Responded
