Terrace Gardens 55 apartment homes
August 24, 2015I moved into my 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment in April, 2015. I moved from another state, and selected this complex to tour first after viewing the complex description at apartments.com and several other online sites. After touring the complex and three available apartments, I chose a 3rd floor apartment with an amazing view of the mountains east of San Diego. The apartment had been recently renovated, and is bright and open. An indoor elevator, laundry room, and indoor mail boxes are added ...conveniences. My small dog was welcome here and pet rent is less than some other complexes. Although there are landscaped walkways, the only "downside" is a lack of grassy area for dogs. But, for "walkers" the sidewalks along the street provide lots of walking opportunities.
