I love it here!
January 12, 2019I went from a house to an apartment. I was very worried that I was not going to like it. I love it! My apartment is cozy, clean, and spacious! The outside lawn is kept up beautifully. The neighborhood is Quiet. The new super Rob is very nice and works very hard. The people who work in the office are great as well! I’m in my home sweet home!Review from Apartments.com
Horrific
May 14, 2018I had roaches which came from the neighbor who reported them a month before. and black mold because the upstairs neighbors bathroom flooded.. The landlord sent the super over with raid...then the exterminator came almost 2 weeks after. There was a massive hole in my ceiling for weeks. Mold grew like crazy. All they did was patch it with sheetrock. Dont move in there.Review from Apartments.com
Horrible experience
April 30, 2018We lived here for almost a year have a drug dealer below us been broken into and robbed. Had Money stolen which put us 2 months behind we tried over 10 times to contact owners to resolve this matter never got in touch so they took us to court and got their way of evicting us with only a 5 day notice for we are willing to pay half of the back rent then make payments while paying every month but still no contact with owners. other then that nothing was upto date we had to pay Verizon to redo all ...wiring and equipment do to not working and out dated hand railing was broking never got fixed bathroom had mold and mildew the wall had a ugly quick patch job where looks like someones head was put through shower faucet broken had to hire a plumber and pay out of pocket had to have 2 outlets replaced were not up to code for in the bathroom and by kitchen sink paid out of pocket all together we had to pay over 1800. In repairs plus 1060. A month and we are low income and they won't give security deposit back as well. Was not informed that there was a death in this apartment and if you wondering its apartment 16b so be warned.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
