Disgusting place with drug dealer
April 15, 2018Their management has no clue... place is dirty and smells like animal pee...laundry facilities is gross and your lucky if the machines work. Owner refuses to upgrade. There are only two washers and two driers for 14 units. Building looks as if it is falling apart. Check the door locks, cause the rig it to work, nothing is done correctly but it is done cheaply. There is one tenant that bullies the other tenants and has threatened other tenants lives and management does nothing and police are ...even worse. Homeless people always on property police and management again do nothing. Tenants doing drugs out in open for kids to see.. some apartments above garages and tenants cars are so loud it shakes your apartment especially when their car radio is so loud you can’t hear you television. They except your rent in time but never fix anything in a timely manner. I don’t recommend this place as safe place to live.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Cheap rent but still not worth it
October 16, 2015Not enough garage spaces to accommodate all units so need to fight for the few spots on the street....seriously parking is terrible. There's no visitor parking, if you park in front it's maintenance only and they tow in a heartbeat. There's an assisted senior living, a long term nursing facility, and a subacute nursing facility on either side of the complex and their staff and visitors are always taking up the street parking so you'll have to park a block away in the neighborhood's streets ...sometimes. Only two washers and two dryers, they look older than two decades and their cleanliness is beyond questionable. All apartments are floor planned so that the bedroom windows line the driveway/alleyway to where the garages are and dumpster. So all day and night you hear vehicles driving through. Trash day is terrible because the truck is so big and loud and smelly, I hope your windows are closed. If you're not used to street sweeping then you will be because every Wednesday right at 8am when the signs say street sweeping starts, the parking enforcement never fails to be driving down the street at 8 on the dot. I have even seen him waiting at one end of the street until that time. Walls are thin, it's not uncommon to overhear a neighbors' conversation or fight or make-up session. Air quality sucks. Lots of smokers. Twice in the year I've lived here someone actually came up to my door late at night and tried to turn the knob, while I was sitting in the living room not expecting any company. The management can be unorganized, no notice for rent increase but i get text messages saying I didn't pay the increase. I didn't even get any notice, I always pay on time and full amount. Neighbors are not very friendly and most look unhappy and troubled.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Terrace View East
August 16, 2015Terrace View East is a good for the price there in a Walgreens within walking distance a few family owned restaurants too. The grass is well maintains the kitchen are nice with Granite countertops. They allow dogs and have a grassy patch ans provide doggy bags to keep the area tidy for everyone. Its a nice apartment if you are someone that enjoys living in the city.Review from Apartments.com
