April 1, 2025Just okay apartments and management. The guest bedroom always have a heating / cooling problem and the reason being it is far from AC unit. Security wise also management not doing what they promise - no lights in courtyard and entry gate is broken from a long time . People stay here just for the good schoolsProperty Manager Responded

February 15, 2025Terrazo is a best place to stay , now a days it has been very safe, it has best elementary school and middle school! It has a best courtyard and swimming pool and a great gym as well!Property Manager Responded

January 22, 2025New management has improved community upkeep. Community appears cleaner. Fitness center though needs am upgrade of machines and equipment for it's old and not in proper working order.Review from Apartments.com

January 9, 2025Peaceful and family oriented community. Respectful neighbors. Maintenence responds in a timely manner and appears to stay on top of things with the issues I have had. I feel safe here, with the exception of mailbox break-in and a catalytic convertor stolen from my vehicle.Property Manager Responded
