January 22, 2025New management has improved community upkeep. Community appears cleaner. Fitness center though needs am upgrade of machines and equipment for it's old and not in proper working order.Review from Apartments.com

January 9, 2025Peaceful and family oriented community. Respectful neighbors. Maintenence responds in a timely manner and appears to stay on top of things with the issues I have had. I feel safe here, with the exception of mailbox break-in and a catalytic convertor stolen from my vehicle.Property Manager Responded

October 21, 2024We landed Terrazzo Apartments last week since my kids school is near by. Overall it`s Ok, still there were some improvements are really needed. If you would like to stay here, before you are coming better complete all the formalities like Gas, Energy and Broadband. So that it will be easy to check-in to your house.Property Manager Responded
