Sly, greedy mgt. Shoddy construction. Dirty
September 29, 2020Nightmarishly horrific. I've rented 40 years, only 1 place almost as bad which I successfully sued for 6K. So many mice, rats they lie dead on perimeter of apts. Had to get them out of my car, twice. Management aggressively and slyly attempts to get extra money; keep good records!! COVID came, I left voice mails, dropped off letters in bill box, but no communication or maintenance X 6 weeks but when annual inspections were due (proper notification not given) two people show up w/out masks after ...going in everyone's home. Then I received an email from mgt telling me to contact them through new internet portal which required one to accept their terms & conditions. These terms provided mgt with right to withdraw funds from my bank, if I had a legal problem I'd have to settle it in CA, ect. The apts are shoddily built; ice cycles taller than me hang in winter due to no insulation, kickboards near bathtubs are made of cardboard, appliance break down, and there are always plumbing problems. Playground equipment is dangerously dilapidated and located near to playgrounds with speed bumps elsewhere. The place is dirty, noisy, and cheap. Inept & greedy mgt.
