This place is a joke!
July 8, 2024The 5 star reviews are asked for in the office so they are not real reviews. This place is a joke. The pool is very small and constantly full of people. They close it at least once a week for maintenance. Parking was free until they decided to change that randomly with no notice. It’s $10 a month and you’re only allowed one car per apartment unless you have a 3 bedroom then you’re allowed 2 cars. The garages are $150 a month and good luck getting into one. The maintenance is a joke and they ...don’t communicate with anyone. If you put an order in, it won’t be fixed unless you directly ask the maintenance guy (if you can find him) The front office are decent but they don’t help with anything. The apartments are small and not worth the money they are cheaply built and you can hear everything your neighbors are doing. Don’t rent here. There are plenty more complex’s around that are much better.Property Manager Responded
