October 3, 2020This apartment has NO check-out procedure. The Janitorial company will come to your unit AFTER you move out. They can deduct you a good amount of your deposit but show you NO evidence what work they do. In addition, the apartment does NOT accept carpet cleaning by non-professionals. If you have no invoice to show, they gonna charge you. Literally, even though you cleaned everything to shine, you still have to pay to leave.Review from Apartments.com
