The amenities here are top-notch—from the beautiful pool and modern fitness center to the study lounges and community events, there’s always something to enjoy. The management team is also fantastic; they are always helpful, responsive, and truly care about the residents. Any concerns are addressed quickly, making for a stress-free living experience. January 28, 2025This is my second-year leasing at The Accolade, and I will say that the amenities are one of the main reasons that I renewed. They have so many great study areas and lowkey areas to just chill which I use a lot. I also love the various pool and gym areas! One thing I will note is that it is not very soundproof, you can hear all the noises from the halls, outside and your roommates but you do get used to it. The maintenance guys are also all super kind and come very quickly.Property Manager Responded

December 8, 2024I’ve lived here for over a year and I don’t think I’ve met anyone as amazing as Elena. I went to the office to get assistance with locating some of my packages and she was quick to assist me.
