5 star property and excellent staff!
December 4, 2024I'm proud to call the Adeline my home. It is a great apartment community! They plan fun activities and schedule delicious food trucks! The grounds are well maintained. If there is ever an issue with anything, the staff gets right on it. I can't say enough about the staff! Niquan, Karen, Norberto, Angel and the new Community Director, Ms. P! Everyone does an excellent job and they are my extended family. Keep up the great work!Property Manager Responded

November 8, 2024I have lived in manny different apartment buildings in Maitland and the Adeline has been by far the best! The amenities are always clean and working! The pool is quiet and relaxing even on weekends which I love. The residents here are respectful and I have never had a problem with noise levels. Management has been amazing and are always looking to make improvements and keep us happy! Our unit has an incredible 2 bedroom 2 bathroom layout for a very reasonable price. The Adeline does an amazing ...job at making me feel at home and I would recommend it to anyone looking in the Maitland/Winter Park area!Property Manager Responded

July 24, 2024The Adeline is the perfect place to live for young professionals or small families. Everyone here is so friendly and it is truly in the perfect location. Being 10 minutes away from downtown Winter Park and 15 minutes away from Downtown Orlando makes it the perfect spot to feel like your in the city but no in the city. Maitland is an adorable place to live and they have a farmer's market that is only a 10 minute walk every Sunday.
