PLEASE READ - Currrent Resident
January 15, 2025Completed and returned my lease renewal application on Dec 12 2024, it took the office until Jan 6 2025 to send me my new lease to sign, In that time they have put me to month-to-month payments even though I specifically told the office agent Kentrell that I was about to start working 12 hour shifts and wouldn't be able to make it back up to the office. Now the lease is signed and my base rent is higher than the contract AND they added a late payment fee even though I called and called trying to ...get everything completed before my lease ended. These apartments used to be called Tides on Post Oak so check those reviews too, the new manager Dianna just started this last month and failed to call me back or give me an update if corporate needed to get involved. Speaking of that, there is NO contact information for Summit Property Management which is pretty shady. I'll be posting this review on EVERY review site possible. Don’t move here!
September 21, 2024I’ve been hesitating to leave a review until I gave the new management team time to fix the issues they said were caused by the last team, but today’s incident pushed me over the edge. Do not move here if you don’t want to spend months waiting for maintenance requests, have to pay for amenities that are never open, or want to lose one of your tires to the massive and growing potholes located all around the property. Leasing Office has horrible service
August 30, 2023I ended up not wanting to move here because of one employee in the leasing office. She was very rude from the moment we went inside, my friend was with me this day, to look at the apartments. She rolled her eyes, snapped questions at us, and gave my friend a lot of side eyes and glares. Very disappointed in the apartment unit we were shown and very disappointed on the customer service. The apartments look nice on the outside but very unstable when you’re inside. Please do yourself a favor and ...look elsewhere.Property Manager Responded

Don’t Do It!
January 11, 2023I’ve been having problems with sewage flooding my home since mid December, so I haven’t been able to stay in my home since. I’ve submitted all the maintenance requests as I was supposed to but this just comes as pure neglect on the the front office end. I left my home with the understanding repairs were being made, was even contacted by the front office many times stating repairs were being made. Only to come home 10 days later to no repairs at all, no one even entered my home (I have cameras) ...and my home is full of sitting sewage, mold and mildew. Now repairs are being made and I still can’t go back home. And the front office still demanded a full months rent even though I’ve been sitting with sewage in my home for 28 days. No cuts on prorating my rent nothing. All the damages are from their neglect but yet they do not want to accept accountability for anything. There’s not even a way to contact corporate. August 5, 2022Maintenance requests will go unanswered, will respond when there is threat of actual property damage such as water leaks. Unorganized management staff in the leasing office. Once locked out of my own apartment and had to call emergency number several times to find out office key had been taken and lock was replaced and key put in the mail box. Never informed and what if my mailbox key wasn't on me? Roads are in terrible shape. One apartment caught fire and has been in a state of disrepair since ...December '21. Giant hole (not pot hole) HOLE in a parkin spot next to a dumpster. Robinson Group owns this and several other Tides properties and white washed the walls and hiked rent up at all their associated properties. August 3, 2022Do not move here ! The apartments are nothing like the pictures. The management is HORRIBLE . They don’t complete work orders and will clear them as if they have! Dangerous Community
April 10, 2022We've lived here 8 months and have heard gunshots 4 times, there have been multi-car wrecks on the hill outside the complex, and several drunk driving accidents as well. The Tides are under new management and are "renovating" by just adding new carpet and a shoddy paint job. The pool has been "under inspection" and unusable since we moved in, and the gate is NEVER closed. Read the reviews, folks, the pictures are lying.Review from Apartments.com
You pay for what you get...
February 24, 2022It's cheap. In every sense of the word. Management staff had turned over since some of these other reviews and in my opinion they're even worse. Communication is terrible. The maintenance staff moved my furniture and left my door unlocked. I no longer have packages delivered here because of the porch pirates I have for neighbors. I highly suggest finding somewhere else to live. I will be moving out at the end of my lease, even if they lowered my rent...Review from Apartments.com

December 14, 2020DANGEROUS COMMUNITY. Gun shots literally every night. There was a whole hostage situation where the entire complex was on a lock down. Parking SUCKS you’re lucky enough to get home at a decent time to get a parking spot. Horrible management and maintenance team. Several water damage leaks that only get patched up. My bathroom is caving in since September and it still hasn’t been fixed. There is so much going on with this place. I just wouldn’t suggest it.Review from Apartments.com
