Why Haven't You Moved Here Yet?
July 31, 2018This is truly the most incredible building I've ever lived in. My boyfriend and I lived here for two years and called it our oasis. First off, the staff is incredible--Phil and Daniel are the best and Lauren and Paul are fabulous too. There's a state of the art gym with sauna run by Crunch, a rooftop with sweeping city views and a magical garden that wraps around the whole rooftop. There's breakfast served every week day: bagels, coffee, tea, and muffins in the rec room which has a roaring ...fireplace, a bar, and a bookshelf you can borrow books from in addition to a pool table. Our apartment itself was brand new, huge kitchen, and views of the city skyline that people dream about. Our ceilings were super high, we had a speaker system throughout the apartment (even in the bathroom!) and the wood floors are beautiful. Every time we submitted an issue maintenance would be there within a few hours to fix it. Doormen always help you with your bags, package service is great, and the building is always sparkling clean. We just moved to Los Angeles but if we had stayed in New York I'm pretty sure we would have stayed in this apartment for another ten years. My only complaint is that you can't buy a place there!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

The Anthem Murray Hill: Convenience, convenience, convenience!
August 20, 2015This Murray Hill apartment complex is in a great location - a few minutes walk to the 6 train, across the street/corner from the cross town bus or the downtown 2nd Ave bus. The ferry is just two avenues away, a straight shot to BK. And you're right by the midtown tunnel for easy access to airports...it's the perfect jump-off point to get anywhere in New York! Not to mention, the building's amenities (doorman brigade, on-site concierge, free breakfast in the game room!, conference room, kids ...playroom/yoga room, laundry, gym, rooftop deck with great skyline views, and a stunning lobby). Avoid a broker's fee by making an appointment with the rental office during the week, and you've just save yourself thousands. It can get loud thanks to the rowdy bars (and sometimes neighbors), but a non-street facing apartment (or a higher floor) can remedy that. A true luxury rental with friendly staff makes for a great home for young professionals in the city.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
The Anthem
August 6, 2015Very nice building with great amenities. Excellent staff. Have lived here for 7 years and have a nice 2 bedroom with a beautiful terrace. There's a crunch gym, an Anthem gym, a beautifully landscaped roof with lounge chairs and spectacular views. There's a rec room with a TV and pool table and there is complimentary breakfast served there 5 days a week.Review from Apartments.com

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on scale of 1 (below average) and to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider needs as part of the school selection process.
