    You can Never reach the office by phone and they are never in the office. It is unsafe here. There is trash everywhere including the parking lot and all around the property. Really bad! The pool is unclean. The noise level is horrible but no one cares. Right now we can't receive regular maintenance. They don't do any real landscaping. But when my lease comes due and I can't afford move.. they will definitely increase it so much I don't know how I will be able to afford it. And why? For what?

    It’s a wonderful community so close to everything you need downtown the beach . Traffic is crazy but if you work on the island it’s not that bad !

    These are great apartments in a great area. They are a bit older and that brings some issues, but the maintenance and office staff are always friendly and quick to respond to such issues. I have loved my time here and will always recommend it to others

    Shade tree so far has been a wonderful experience! Everything is clean and the staff is so considerate and helpful! Any questions I’ve had they’ve always been available. I cannot stress how big of a relief it is to have at least one place in this crazy world that actually answers the phone or promptly returns messages! I didn’t realize how important that was to me until I started my search for a new home and couldn’t get a single phone call answered or call back from ANY of the other nearby ...
