July 11, 2024You can Never reach the office by phone and they are never in the office. It is unsafe here. There is trash everywhere including the parking lot and all around the property. Really bad! The pool is unclean. The noise level is horrible but no one cares. Right now we can't receive regular maintenance. They don't do any real landscaping. But when my lease comes due and I can't afford move.. they will definitely increase it so much I don't know how I will be able to afford it. And why? For what?Property Manager Responded

I cannot stress how big of a relief it is to have at least one place in this crazy world that actually answers the phone or promptly returns messages! I didn’t realize how important that was to me until I started my search for a new home and couldn’t get a single phone call answered or call back from ANY of the other nearby ...communities.
