January 31, 2025Overall, the community isn’t bad but there are some things that need to be addressed. Such as the broken gates up front. They’re constantly broken. The trash piles up at the very front of the complex each week and it just looks gross. Storm debris is still around in some areas and the apartments seem to have older appliances.Property Manager Responded

Unfortunately, we have residents and guests who make contact with the gates which causes them to go out of order. We do our best to have these repaired, however, we do rely on an outside vendor and there can be unexpected delays. We are working on addressing the garbage and debris around the property.
