June 9, 2023please do not move here. they will charge you stuff to collections that wasn’t even your fault. they do so much shady stuff. their units are super outdated and the plumbing sucks. they pick and choose which parking lots to patrol; they let other people park without passes but as soon as you go to another lot they’ll tow your car even if you have a sticker. save yourself the trouble.Review from Apartments.com
I do not recommend at all
October 7, 2022I DO NOT RECOMMEND HERE AT ALL. Me and my soulmate moved here last year we was being charged a $15 insurance fee wth maintenance takes forever you have to wait hours just for stuff to get fixed the property manager has lack of communication she's sneaky asf me and my soulmate moved out around September of last month our lease don't end til October 17th and for sum reason we paid all of it including October and for sum reason we're being charged for November that's horrible asf we don't even live ...there anymore we got a change of address and for sum reason the property manager is taking our mail out our mailbox and holding it important mail we didn't give her permission to take our mail out the mailbox we was on our way to come get it cause u have this mail app connected to your phone stating to tell you what u have coming and we went there are mail was gone like somebody took it so I do not recommend here at all and don't expect stuff to be easy cause they will take everything you got.and boost of the prices that's not on your lease contract.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
The Arbors
September 29, 2015I moved my family here last year. The apartments are not updated. The floors creek and squeak it was miserable living in the bottom unit. The unit has a odor that we couldn't get rid of, it's infested with spiders, house millipedes and silver fish. None of the doors in the unit worker properly and they make very loud noises when you use them. The kitchen cabinets are the originals from first construction. The washer and dryer needs repair and they won't repair them. We had an original stove that ...sent out carbon monoxide vapors after multiple request to fix it. The fire department had to come and air out my unit and the oven was finally trashed. The master closet floods when it rains. Storage units are full of mold, dirt, insects and are not at all secure. Perfect for a new family!
August 18, 2015This apartment was the first and only of our hunt for our first apartment together as husband and wife. I fell in love instantly with the location, the feel and the spacious interior. It was important that we find a place for ourselves and our son that we could grow into and we definitely found where we belong. not a god place to live some times
April 28, 2014well they dont rake leaves they dont clean snow or ice in drive right it goes on until alot ofpeople complain . they dont keep the grounds up . if you move out they give you a bad reference even when it not true . jaraeckle the manger she is sneaking and the guy clarence is not trust worthy at all .maintence there only two it might be one now but it take them a long time to come and fix anything in the aptsReview from Apartments.com
