Nice amenities but that's it
February 17, 2023I've lived here for almost 3 years now and moved to a couple different units. I've never experienced such frustration at the lack of communication and surprise fees that kept popping up. The management is horrible and communication that comes from them is just as bad. I would not recommend the property unless they update their staff and properly inform you of what is happening and charges you will need to cover.Property Manager Responded

Do not rent here. So overpriced for what it is.
April 12, 2019This place sucked! We have lived in many apartments and this was one of the worst. We were harassed by my downstairs neighbor and management never did anything despite me letting them know he was screaming obscenities at me and my one year old. Upon move out they quoted us prices for carpet cleaning and general cleaning based on our apartment’a condition prior to move out. So we cleaned of course! And they sent us a bill charging us the FULL price for cleaning and tacked on 50 for the carpet ...cleaning. This apartment was brand new when we moved in and we only lived there for 11 months. There were absolutely no stains or any reason to upcharge us on the carpets. And why did I even bother cleaning the entire place (with a one year old in tow) for them to charge us anyways Enjoy hearing everything your neighbors say through the walls, every kid running up and down their hallways, never knowing if you have a package waiting in the office, AND getting your car broken into.Property Manager Responded

Terrible management, OK property
March 6, 2019Greystar is the worst management company ever. People at front desk kept changing, and manager seems to be disorganized & clueless. List of negatives: - noisy neighbor - not enough parking space; extra fee for covered space - poor heater control that's either too hot or too cold - small hot water tank (looks like shared with neighbor) that always run out of hot water in the winter - poor management - charged me late fee when the rent was turned in previous month already - "lost" my contract ...and charged me month-to-month fee instead of contract feeProperty Manager Responded

DONT RENT HERE!!!
February 19, 2019This apartment complex has the worst management I have ever seen in any business. We lived there for 1 year and it was nothing but problems starting with the fact that they didn't have the building ready for us to move into at the agreed upon date....we had to find temporary housing for a month while we waited. Then when they told us it was ready they didn't have it cleaned prior to us moving in, there was dirt and sawdust everywhere. Then we spent the next year trying to get management to fix ...the problem with loud neighbors....we were one of several to complain, and they just told us there's nothing they can do about the noise. And finally we moved out and have been receiving harassing calls that we have a debt with them for damages and cleaning....kind of ironic. If you are looking for the worst experience ever and love to deal with incompetent, lazy, two faced management then this is the place for you!Property Manager Responded

November 30, 2017When we started our apartment hunt The Arbors was the first place we looked. We were so impressed by the friendly staff, the amenities and the apartment we saw. We have also looked at numerous apartments since, in person and online, and after weeks of looking we have decided to go with The Arbors! (We just wanted to look around and find the best place for our family!) No other apartment complex had such glowing reviews. The Arbors is the ONLY complex we have found that has such amazing reviews, ...which makes us very confident in choosing to live there. Very Disappointed
November 15, 2017Almost 2 weeks ago right before it was freezing and snowing I called the management team because my main electric wall heater was tripping the main breaker. I asked if they could repair before the freezing weather hit. They had maintenance look at it and they said need to order a breaker. I asked if they could take one out of the empty apartments and they told me they could not rob from Peter to pay Paul. I have not been using the heater for fear of causing an electrical fire. It has been 15 days ...and no breaker, this is not a special breaker. I have had to buy 2 small heaters to help keep the apartment warm. Stay away from this complex, there is not enough parking. If you don't get home early you will have to park on the street. I got my brand new car damaged by a hit and run driver on the street. I pay extra for a smoke free complex but I have even witnessed a staff member smoking on the property.Property Manager Responded
November 21, 2017Hello, I am glad that you left this review because I was not aware of this issue until I saw this. I immediately checked with the team and we were able to identify and discuss the issue. We found the break down and problem solved to get you taken care of. I know that the breaker replacement did not solve the issue as you are still having a trip issue but I promise I will stay on top of it and get this solved as quickly as possible. I look at this as an opportunity to train up my team. You never should have been left without communication for that long regardless of whether it is your main heater or the fireplace. If a vendor is taking that long to deliver we should be seeking out another one. I take the smoking policy very seriously and I am sad that you have not seen my efforts. I know who you are talking about and though that employee no longer smokes and I was unaware that they ever did it on the property, I am sorry that was your experience and impression of our team. When I ...found out they had decided to take up the habit I addressed it immediately and they quit within a week. That was months ago if but you ever see anything like that or fellow residents smoking again please let me know right away. Thank you again for sharing this and letting us learn to be better from it.
