January 15, 2025I have lived here for about 3 years and haven't had any trouble with the staff. The apartment windows are old and sweat a lot so mold can be an issue if you don't deal with the moisture. Parking isn't too bad, low crime, and neighbors are all pretty friendly.Property Manager Responded

January 3, 2025I like living here. I feel safe and I like the area. I like how if there is ever a problem, I am treated so nicely. All I have to do is ask and Michaela works things out to where everyone is happy. Considering, how big this place is and how many people there are, the Ardent is doing a great job!
