Renter BEWARE
April 19, 2023Do not live here. This place is trying to charge me over $7000.00 after I lived there as my primary residence for nearly a year and a half. I am disputing all of these charges and it is insane for them to think I can pay that. I am rightfully going to make some noise over this. Beware and consider a more humble place to live where you aren't dealing with automated robots who demand rent.Review from Apartments.com
Love The Arlington
February 15, 2019I moved into the Arlington two years ago and I have been overly impressed with the Arlington. The staff is very accommodating and the maintenance team is amazing. The apartment complex is extremely quiet and the pond is extremely relaxing.Property Manager Responded

Absolutely wonderful place!!
March 23, 2017My family lived here for almost 6 years and loved every minute of it. The people are wonderful and the apartments are in excellent condition. We had plenty of room for our family of 5! Hated to leave the community but we had to relocate out of state for my husband's job. Can't say enough good things about the staff, location, and amenities/community.Review from Apartments.com

September 30, 2016The staff at The Arlington at Eastern Shore were competent and professional, as well as cordial, in assisting me in the lease of a one bedroom unit recently. The apartment was spotlessly clean and everything was working properly. It was clear that a great deal of care was put into the job of preparing the apartment. The grounds and common areas are well maintained, and parking is plentiful. July 21, 2015Have been at the Arlington for a year and LOVE IT here! Spacious and beautiful apartments with super friendly and helpful staff. The location is perfect for commute to all locations on the gulf coast being right off I-10. The shopping- grocery, movies, mall, bowling, and dining are literally in walking distance.
