January 12, 2025Feeling very grateful and excited for this new home at the Artisan. I love my apartment and the setup of the whole complex. I do wish the space had been cleaned in more detail and that appliances had been checked better before I moved in but I am happy to be starting out in Petaluma here! August 27, 2024Tha Artisan community is just where I should be. Moving from large home to an apartment has been an adjustment, but it it didn’t take long to feel at home. My unit is more like a little cottage than an apartment. Great ambiance, neighbors and especially the staff in charge of keeping the Artisan immaculate, running smoothly and so friendly. August 8, 2024Always recommend this building to everyone that we know who is looking. It can be a bit pricey compared to other options but we have seen the difference… and let me tell you that the price difference is more than justified!! Management is always helpful, maintenance is super on top of things, amenities are nice, and of course the comfortable and well-designed living spaces. It is also situated in a safe community with a 24/7 Safeway… we are never fearful when walking around (day or night). The ...only reason to want to leave is if you’re looking for a larger space for multi-family living or to own your own property… otherwise, this is a great forever home.Property Manager Responded
