February 20, 2025Honestly it really hasn’t been bad. Maintenance has always come out pretty fast but there hasn’t been issues in the apartment to be honest. I love the apartment itself and if it was a 2x2 I would renew.Property Manager Responded

February 14, 2025It’s okay, just needs better security. Got followed home one night and of course no one was held accountable. The parking situation is not the best considering that even if you have a reserved spot someone else will park in it right when you leave and then threaten you whenever you tell them to move their car.Property Manager Responded

The leasing process was seamless, and the amenities are top-notch—especially the pool and gym, which I use regularly. January 14, 2025Overall the furnishing is nice. Walls are thin and we have a loud microwave that hasn’t gotten fixed. My ac still hasn’t been fixed since moving in but it’s not too bad. The parking situation has gotten better.Property Manager Responded
