The office personnel - Michael, Dawn and Sherri - are readily available to answer any questions or address any issues I might have. The maintenance personnel are always professional and friendly and it has always been a pleasure to work with them. I would highly recommend The Avens to anyone looking for a beautiful apartment ...close to so many wonderful shops as well as being so close to I-95.Property Manager Responded

June 25, 2024I couldn’t be happier with the management and maintenance staff at the Avens. Tenants as myself who have been here more than 5 years have gone through some changes in the past couple of years including the sale of the complex.
