A lot of amenities that works great for us: beautiful pool with salt water, grill and barbeque area in several locations, pit fire, bicycle rentals, game room, a lot of walking/riding the bikes/roller blades areas around us, quiet and fresh air. August 28, 2024I have lived in various apartments in different states since 2008 and The Avenues at Verdier Pointe feels the most like a community rather than simply an apartment complex. The management and maintenance staff are the friendliest and most responsive I have worked with. The price point was under what I expected for the abundance of amenities, quiet location, and quality of the units (recently updated). If you want easy access to Charleston and surrounding areas without the headaches of inner-city ...life, I very much recommend The Avenues at Verdier Pointe.Property Manager Responded
