November 25, 2024I'm recently new to The Avery and I chose to live here because when viewing different apartments in Farmington, this was the cleanest. The staff in the office were very helpful when I was going through the application process, and while I've only had to have two maintenance orders put in, they were handled pretty fast.Review from Apartments.com

February 11, 2022I have been calling and messaging for weeks to check out this place. It looks great on the website, but no one has responded to any of my calls or emails or web contact forms. Disappointing. I feel like it is not "real."Review from Apartments.com
