    Pros: -The units are spacious & well-designed. If you come & go without spending much time on the grounds, it could be a good fit. -The maintenance team is great, though they are somewhat stretched thin. -The management is responsive. Cons: -The parking situation is poor. Lots of tenants are assigned parking spots in front of various units rather than their own, which is quite frustrating. Tenants will spend hours hanging out in their cars outside other people's units, creating somewhat of ...
    an invasive atmosphere. -Lack of communal spaces; the only option is the great room near the office, which is only open during office hours. -The grounds are littered with dog waste, even on sidewalks. The shared hallways are unsightly, with trash and debris that need attention. Shared spaces should be required to stay clean. -The dog park needs mulch replaced more than once a year. -Bike storage isn’t secure, with multiple break-ins reported.     Great location as you are close to everything such as banks, restaurants, grocery stores, fast food places, buses, car wash, bike path and the enjoyment of wildlife. The landscape is very well maintained. They have a pool, hot tub, dog wash, dog park, basketball court, kids play area, workout room, and a game room. Once a week we have Neighbor night with either beer or wine plus great snacking foods. Great to meet your neighbors. Love the staff as they are always friendly and welcoming.

    The apartments are well designed and built. The outside lighting however from a security perspective is not adequate. There are too many dark spots where someone could be hiding. The location is good with access to West 11th street and The Beltline is good.

    Overall, living at the Bailey is great. But the area of Eugene where it is located has increasingly felt unsafe since I moved in 3.5 years ago. There is more crime and trash in the surrounding community. But the Bailey does a great job in addressing those issues how they are able like employing on-call security. If possible, I would appreciate more surveillance cameras on the property as a deterrent.
