staff are great everything else is just ok
July 25, 2022Frist of all the staff here is really good, The fact that there is hardwood floors on all levels is the worst part about the Baldwin. You can hear every noise your upstairs neighbors make maybe we just got lucky and the loudest people on the planet moved in, but I would not stay on the 1st floor. The amenity's are good, but nothing too special. Trash does pile up on the weekends big time. If you are looking for clean and peaceful you might want to look elsewhere.Review from Apartments.com

May 10, 2022This is my very first review. I took the time apart to write this because it is well deserved . So the least I can do is to let others know how Awesome the staff at the Baldwin are ! I had the chance yo work with both Cecily and Jaimee. Wow!! They both were super nice, but I mostly worked with Cecily, she went above and beyond to make sure that I was able to get the Apartment that I want. She was so attentive to my needs,she was patient,caring ,understanding and knowledgeable. My maintenance ...issues were addressed immediately. The maintenance guy,Edgardo was super nice ,professional and punctual,if you need him,he is there in a flash,I was so shocked because this is not my first apartment lease. I will write an other review in the new future about the Baldwin apartment itself,because since five days moving there,sometimes I almost believed that I was the only person living in my building, for it is sooooo quiet,despite the unfinished and on-going construction workers outside ,it i soooooo Beautiful, I love my apartment: the layouts, the qualities of materials and appliances, the floor plan,the choices of the appliances(Whirlpool) The spaces etc... Thank you to the staff ,for your level of professionalism and most importantly, Thank you for making me feel at home. Thank you to everyone for making my move in so smooth.
