August 3, 2023So I moved here in December 2022 and Alma was extremely helpful with whole process and even after , I’ve been living here she’s always available to help . The grounds are always kept beautifully up until a few days ago the main gate is broken and hasn’t been fixed as well as pile of furniture sitting in the parking lot almost like someone was evicted . Kinda looks bad but it’s definitely not the norm. My only complaint is there is NO events ! In the 8 months I have been here there hasn’t been one ...event for residents or a token of appreciation which sucks . I think if the leasing office can work on that it would be great !Property Manager Responded

July 2, 2023It's a good place to live. You're in the center of every imaginable grocery with proximity to the middle of Atlanta but also Stone Mountain. The main complaint I have with the community are minor, water pressure is terrible in the kitchen.. takes 3x as long to do dishes. And valet trash always stink up the hallways.
