    My apartment is infested with spiders and gnats and I’ve been told they cant do nothing about it !!! WHY AM I PAYING A PEST CONTROL FEE AND IM BEING TOOK OVER BY GNATS!! I WANT TO BREAK MY LEASE !!! THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE DO NOT MOVE HERE !!!!

    I've had issues with this complex since I signed my lease. They changed my move in date 3 times, the last one was literally the day before I was supposed to move in. Supposedly so they could "finish getting it ready," when I got in, it was anything but. They had to replace the dishwasher, the oven was broken, the burners were dirty and set off the fire alarms, the counter is balanced on a baseboard. Literally. And I know that, because they didn't finish the counters, I can see INSIDE my counters. ...
    My "brand new flooring" was scratched and damaged. My outdoor storage isn't even fully attached to the building, when you go in the closet and turn around to face the door, the entire wall is DETACHED on the inside, I wish I could attach photos here. They renovated the next door apartment, and took out the toilet without turning off the water and they broke the valve which caused the wall to flood and my bathroom. It took THREE DAYS to get it fixed. The first time, the maintenance man put a towel down on each side of the wall, looked me dead in my face, and said "Okay.. It should stop now." They eventually fixed the problem. But it's maybe 2 months later now, and I have a leak again. None of the neighbors pick up their dogs' poop. I have my own dog, and I pick up behind him. I understand that it isn't the complex itself that is doing it, but they threatened a fine for it, and clearly they don't follow through. If they did, I wouldn't have to watch my step so closely while walking mine. And it isn't like there's new piles all the time. The same pile of crap will sit there for at least a month before it's picked up. The apartments are INFESTED with roaches. There's no keeping them out. I once sprayed so much raid on my floors that it took 2 days to dry, AND THEY'RE STILL AROUND. I wish I was exaggerating when I said that for the next month (minimum) there was 2-3 new roaches laying there dead. It literally never ends, I am disgusted. There's so much more wrong with this place, but if I wrote it all this review would never end. Avoid it at all costs. You'll be happy you did.

  • Do you like running water?

    The water gets shut off for the complex once a month, minimum. Sometimes they give you a heads up, sometimes they don’t. They didn’t secure the services of a pest control company for several months in spite of it being included in the lease. At least they now have termite protection. Maintenance is nonexistent.
