Renters Reviews and Ratings
Nice and quiet
August 14, 2015I've been in this building for two years now, and have very little to complain about. The staff and doormen are very friendly and helpful. This building is not a high rise, modern one, but is very well kept, and clean. The management makes every effort to keep the common areas very clean and welcoming. I only wish they had more storage space for all tenants. There is a storage room (for bikes, and other belongings), however not all units have in the building come with one. The building is ...in a very safe and usually quiet area, while be steps away from the countless restaurants, bars and gyms of midtown 2nd Ave. However if your apartment if facing the street, you will be exposed to the city noises of the sometimes very busy 49 street.
