Move in
August 8, 2024I moved into the Belmont apartment from out of state and I couldn’t tour any apartments in person due to travel problems. Steven helped so much with the transition and was very communicative with any questions I had. When we got here, Steven made us feel comfortable by explaining everything and going over all the details of not just our apartment but also the surrounding area. We have enjoyed the amenities quite well since our move and it definitely helps with starting fresh in a new state. The ...Belmont is right in the center of a lot of things, so stores, food, entertainment, and other cities are extremely accessible.Property Manager Responded

Horrible apartments
August 4, 2024Filthy overpriced apartments. Surrounding area is also flimsy and they charge high rent prices. My unit floods everytime it rains. Mold has formed from the flooding. They make you pay a $65 internet fee in rent even if you get free internet from your job or have a cheaper internet price with your current provider. Front gate never works my husband truck has been broken into & they stole his tailgate. Breezeway is filthy with dirt and stainsProperty Manager Responded

Move in
July 30, 2024Steven is really helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to touring and move in. The apartments look really nice, especially in person. The interior looks really amazing especially with the granite counter top finishes along with USB outlets. Curved wall is a unique feature too. Not only the application and move in process was pleasant. But also my new neighbors are very welcoming too.
