January 20, 2025With helpful concierge staff, efficient and effective management, and exquisite amenities and common areas, the Bermardin is a great place to live. In a surprising way, this building in a state of continuous improvement. The maintenance staff responds instantly. The building is continuously refreshed and remarkably clean. October 29, 2024I love living here! Being a smaller building, there’s a great community feel. It’s very nice to get to know the people who work here and neighbors who live here. The apartments and amenities are all very nice, but my absolute favorite part is the pool deck in the summer — it’s a beautiful oasis that makes you feel like you’re on vacation!Property Manager Responded
