December 20, 2024The Bixby is more than an apartment building, it’s my home! The only small downside is the tight parking spots but the building location, the apartment decor/furnishings, the thick walls that prevent hearing neighbors is what makes this the perfect place to live.Review from Apartments.com

November 26, 2024Place is great, however the leasing agent is not friendly, did not seem to care during every encounter, and just always seems to be in a bad mood. She is not approachable, nor comes off as if she cares about your best interest. Conversation with her is hard to conduct, and limited. The unit pre move in was dirty, and was not cleaned. Although I do love this apt, I was very unimpressed when moving in with how it was not close to move in ready. Great place overall, just very poor when it comes ...to the little things that matter.Property Manager Responded

August 8, 2024Seems nice at first. However, was severely disappointed about the parking situation being misled to believe I would have 2 spots. Upon moving in realized the carpet was never cleaned, vacuuming pulled up what felt like years worth of pet hair and dust build up. The oven also does not work... despite having moved in, I can't actually start living here since I can't cook.
