September 30, 2024My partner and I just moved here from Boston. We were down over the summer for a week, and loved it so much, we moved here two months later. What attracted us to this community first, was the fitness center. We are both avid "CrossFitters", and this place has just about everything we need. The location is also amazing, with the Metro just a block away, and many trails to bike and walk. Lot of really good food options are just blocks away too! August 21, 2024We have been at the Blockyard for almost a month and so far we love it! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, the few small maintenance tickets we’ve filed have been addressed and taken care of in less than 24 hours. The amenities are great and well kept. Plus, we’ve met some incredible friends who luckily live here too! The majority of residents seem to be young professionals and a few families. August 15, 2024The move in here has been so easy. Every member of the staff from maintenance to the leasing office have been helpful. I had a couple minor tweaks that happen with moving in I put in a request at 8 pm at night and it was repaired by 9 am the next morning! Loving the remote work room set up that is available to residents its a nice break to get out of the apartment.Property Manager Responded
