February 13, 2024Absolutely love this apartment complex! The staff is fantastic - always quick to respond and incredibly helpful. The amenities are a major plus, especially the movie theater room. February 14, 2024My husband and I have lived here almost two years and probably going to renew for a third. The entire staff is so caring and amazing. They all truly want the best for you! February 11, 2024I've been here since it opened and it's been a great experience. Having lived in a house over the last few decades, I was nervous about moving back into an apartment, but the staff keeps it clean and quiet and are very attentive if anything needs repair. The staff are friendly, the facilities are always well kept and clean, and it’s in a very convenient neighborhood. Pet friendly with great walking trails near by and noise canceling walls to block out traffic from 169! The pool is great and the BBQ place next door is delicious . Management does an outstanding job of communicating current & future events that they offer the residence including any building updates. Maintence keeps everything up to date and responds quickly to any building needs you request. I have been very lucky to wake up every day looking at the river.
