The pools are either under maintenance or dirty and unsupervised. June 12, 2024My overall experience with the Breakwater leasing office has been amazing. Period tentative and very well put together. Angelina was my leasing agent and she is so sweet and so thoughtful. She did whatever to give me and my son in the unit a timely fashion restoration being done. The maintenance crew is very attentive and very friendly and interesting. Overall great community. I can tell they are working hard to make this place better and it is already better by just being there in 3 weeks! I ...also seen a lot of bad reviews on this place with cockroaches. I haven’t seen one, but I am a clean person. I also saw you saying that the trash cans are over full. The trash cans have no issues in my opinion.
