    This is the perfect apartment complex for those looking to be close to USC, the metro, and a great park! The residential area surrounding the building is quiet and full of nice locals. It even has an on-site washer and dryer! Another plus is that it is pet-friendly! Perfect for someone looking for a great apartment during the school year!
