Great building, excellent amenities. Very quiet due to pre- war construction. With only four units per floor in each tower, it makes it feel like a much cozier space.

The Buchanan is a great place with friendly doormen. The apartments are beautiful and the elevators and hallways are kept very clean. It also feels very safe. The courtyard is beautiful and the lights were pretty to see over the holidays.

The Buchanan really is a unique residence! I find the residents very friendly, and the staff excellent. Everyone is very friendly. Having the garden is certainly a plus! The many social events planned are really fun, and make meeting other residents so easy. A great place to live!
