February 19, 2025Could be better overall, although the new management is better than the last one… they still need improvement. The maintenance people are also lacking. Amenities are ok when they do work. Parking is tough because there’s so many people.Property Manager Responded

February 7, 2025Some people are very nice. But there are a few people who live in the building we do that are very rude. Especially to the dogs. Which is upsetting because they aren’t doing anything wrong and we pay rent for them to live there.Property Manager Responded

January 30, 2025Moving to Burlington's apartment was my best move. It's quiet day and night. Clean inside snd out. The managers are nice and quick to get back to you. My neighbor's are nice to that's a plus.i really feel like this is home driving up to my new place. Unlocking my door just feels good. January 29, 2025Office staff friendly and efficient. They were helpful from showing us around to see if it was a fit for us or not. Then when we had questions they were very good about giving us the information or getting the answer and getting back to us. The application was easy to do online. Maintenance was there right away to correct a couple of issues on move in day. Building is clean and smells fresh. I see the cleaning staff there in the early mornings.Property Manager Responded
