Stay Away From This Property
October 7, 2016Canvas Lofts is a poorly renovated, unkept, dirty property with a largely transient group of renters. Staff will say/agree to anything to get you into the units, but won't follow through with most of their guarantees. Neighborhood is unsafe, and security doors are often left open. Gun fire can be heard at night and vagrants are often waiting by the office/resident doors. Managers will/do enter units unannounced, and residents are routinely being evicted from their units by law enforcement.
