January 17, 2025I recently signed my lease at The Carmin, and I couldn’t be more excited to move in! The entire process was smooth from start to finish, thanks to the incredible team there. November 10, 2024Not bad, but lot of water leaks in the apartment. We have tried getting it fixed as well but it still leaks near the sink. We also keep the apartment clean but always see cockroaches and sometimes the hall smells very strongly of trash. Not so pleasant..Property Manager Responded
