October 29, 2025Quiet and safe pocket in Dallas near the mall and many great eateries. You would not even realize you're living in a crime filled city living at the Caruth. We are so amazingly blessed to have found and chosen the Caruth coming from another state. The community is so friendly and quiet. The maintenance team jumps on requests fast, and the move in process was smooth due friendly front desk staff. The only annoyance was the pet screening app. It took three months of contious back and forth to get ...our two emotional support animals approved. Luckily I have a patient health care provider who was willing to partner with us. Not to mention the app was wonky and wouldn't allow us to upload documents. That nightmare had little to nothing to do with the Caruth as they are simply a service provider. It all worked itself out in the end which is great and there hasn't been any issues since.Property Manager Responded

September 4, 2025Amenities are lacking. There are dead trees everywhere. A huge branch fell in a parking spot where I had my truck parked. No trees are ever trimmed at the pool.Property Manager Responded
