November 4, 2024Madecen has always been amazing. I’ve been in this apartment for 6 years I think. As soon as she became aware that I was looking for more space, she was quick to let me know when an appointment that would better fit my needs opened up and has been extremely helpful during the whole process. This will be my first time moving completely on my own, which has been daunting needs to say the least. It’s amazing how much stuff I have accumulated and just a little over 700 ft.² in the span of six ...years . If not for her help, I doubt I would’ve ever moved out even though I know I will be much happier in a larger apartment :). My only complaint would be that the complex really needs another EV charger for the amount of electric cars that reside here. June 3, 2024It has been a bit of a rollercoaster since moving in. The apartment is great, Jasmine in the office is fantastic, but getting anything fixed is a nightmare. Every repair we have requested I have had to follow up multiple times before it actually gets completed. Was told airvents would be cleaned by the end of the week we moved in and wasn’t completed until 3.5 weeks later. Requested a kitchen sink repair took 2 weeks. Still waiting for a bathtub repair as well. Maintenance will enter your ...apartment with absolutely no warning and will not leave a note or anything letting you know what they even came in for.
