December 28, 2023I took a tour of the complex this morning before work. The staff was very friendly and helpful. All my questions were answered and they even let me fill out the application there. The apartments are very nice and the perfect fit for me and my pomeranian. They have a dog park which will come in handy. I also like that it is a gated community.Property Manager Responded

PARKING SUCKS MANAGEMENT SUCKS
August 24, 2020When I first came here the apartment was falling apart I had to do my own repairs. Trash valet comes ones a day the rest tough luck. People don’t pick up their trash cars get vandalized they tow cars even if you live here. Water is always shut off every two weeks and the laundry mat has roaches.Review from Apartments.com

They look very clean and the appliances and interior of the apartments are very nice. June 12, 2016I'm a first time renter and I had a look at an apartment. It was beautiful. 1 bedroom 1 bath nice hard wood floors and very clean carpet as well as new appliances! Who's in charge?
July 23, 2015Every few years management changes and then the service changes and they always blame problems on the last owner. Nothing really gets fixed. Roaches and wasps all around property and they won't follow the recommendations of the exterminator.Property Manager Responded
