Great move-in experience

Recently moved into a top-floor 1BR apt at the Chiswick, so this is an early review--but so far it's great! The touring and leasing process felt very personal and welcoming. They answered lots of questions and were very helpful when I had a last-minute change to the lease. The unit itself is spacious, comfortable and has lots of nice little features like plenty of outlets, soft-close drawers, and abundant kitchen lighting. It's been quiet which is exactly what we hoped for! The neighborhood is ...

Amazing property

The choices are beautiful. Lots of floor plans. Apartments are LARGE, many different floor plans,. All new appliances, underground parking, pool, club room is amazing can rent it for family occasions. Maintenance is very prompt, no waiting days for questions to be answered, fixed......

Perfect Place

Chiswick is the perfect place for me. I appreciate the quiet, convenient living with state of the art appliances, easy care flooring and floor to ceiling windows. Out of my windows I enjoy waking up each morning and watching the trees as they change with each season. Most importantly, I am grateful for the maintenance staff and front office that responds when I need assistance.

Great place and great location!

I've lived in the Chiswick apartments for over a year now. The Management staff is excellent and and the maintenance man is very helpful. The Clubhouse, pool and grill area are fun. The location is close to restaurants, shops and Doctor's Park.
