Awful experience
August 4, 2020My fiancé and I contacted this place for a one- bedroom for my mother. The property had her submit paperwork, allowed her to view apartment. My mother was told by a property representative that another person viewed the apartment they allowed her to see. If the person prior to her did not want the apartment, they would allow her to move into that particular apartment. My mother was so excited because she had been apartment hunting for some time. In the end, the property told my mother that she ...would not receive the apt due to bad credit, and a prior eviction. My mother has lived at her prior apartment for over 30 years without ANY evictions. My mother was willing to 1.) have a co-signer with EXCELLENT credit, 2.) has a city job 3.) offered to pay rent in ADVANCE 4.) offered to pay extra rent fees . The property administration was so pleasant with my mother the entire time accepting her paperwork. Lastly, my fiancé was told by a property representative “in a worse case scenario the tenant may have to have a co-signer, or pay extra rental fees.” What is most horrific about this experience is this property allowed my mother to submit the proper documentation, communicated with my mother and her son-in law for a period of time, leading my mother to believe this process was moving along smoothly. I hope no one has to experience what we experienced with this property. Best of Luck!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
