I moved here from Brooklyn and at first, I was a little concerned about living in an apartment building, but The Clinton Grand offers more than just an apartment. It is a lifestyle. February 23, 2020This building lights up the entire block a reminder that East Orange is soon to be gentrified. As for the building upscale all the way. Nice finishing in all apartments. Extremely close and walking distance to 2 train stations. Building clean at all times and nicely kept up.Property Manager Responded
March 28, 2020SBF Urban Renewal LLC felt that the residents deserve quality new construction. Most of our residents are native East Orange or Essex County Residents. Growth is not to exclude any class or neighborhood of people. Advancement is to simply move forward and elevate East Orange to the place it once was. Thank you for your feedback.
