Beautiful Apartments Ruined
January 16, 20241. Little to no maintenance performed. Water stained carpets, trash everywhere, light fixtures broken for YEARS without being replaced. 2. Property management is rude, condescending, and incompetent. 3. Zero sign of improvement. To my understanding, the property looked amazing under the care of the previous owners.
