February 5, 2025Horrible Apartment in need of repairs. Management sucks. Maintenance sucks. Rent raised twice in 6 months! Howling dog 24/7. Abandoned cars. Garbage and dog poop everywhere. No enforcement of said rules by staff. Excessive fees for services not needed. Constant breakdowns of laundry, and appliances. Being told to “fix it yourself “ It was a pathetic experience, way too much money for a broken down single apartment. If I could give zero stars, I would
September 12, 2018I made an appointment to tour the property at 3pm. i showed up at 2:45. When I got to the office they had a sign on the window saying they wont be back until 3:30. As I was walking away a lady walked out of the office and I questioned her about my tour. She then told me they were all on lunch but she could talk to her boss. She went back inside and came out about two minutes later and told me we could continue the tour but she had nothing to show me or give to me. Why did you guys book me an ...appointment at 3pm if you guys were going to take a lunch break? Poor management.
