A Nightmare in the Making - Beware of This Apartment Complex
October 22, 2023This apartment complex is plagued by a severe cockroach infestation, causing numerous tenants to flee. The management company's refusal to address the issue and their lack of transparency make this place a dreadful choice. Roaches infest the entire complex, and maintenance requests are ignored. Don't consider moving here – your peace of mind and health are at stake. Explore other options.Review from Apartments.com
Not bad at all
July 20, 2015The management company has always worked very fast to resolve any issues I may have. They were efficient and helpful when I was transferring units between different buildings. The building manager is very helpful and nice. The apartments, hallways, and elevator could use a little remodeling because it looks a little dated but its nothing you don't see when you visit and its definitely not enough to make me not want the apartment. The laundry room and fitness room are awesome. The location is ...fantastic, one block away from the beach. Overall I definitely recommend it to anyone looking to live in Edgewater.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
